Job summary

Fiesta Health in Savannah, GA is seeking a highly organized ABA Clinic Office Manager to supervise daily operations at our Autism Center. You will oversee scheduling, billing, records, and regulatory compliance while supporting clinical staff.

This role requires strong healthcare management experience, excellent communication with families and staff, and the ability to coordinate with BCBAs, RBTs, and executives. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing utilization reports, productivity metrics, and authorization tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret utilization data and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Experience in healthcare management or related fields.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic scheduling for medical staff and families.
• Oversee billing, insurance tasks, and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinate with executives and team on operations.
• Maintain clinic facilities and supplies.
