Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Ability to manage complex schedules.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Admissions & Intake: Coordinate new client intake with back-office and scheduling teams.
• Scheduling & Utilization: Support client and BT scheduling with Clinic Director.
• People Leadership: Train, coach, and oversee BTs; assist recruitment and onboarding.
• Clinical Coverage: Provide 1:1 care when needed to maintain high-quality care.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to Aluma Care policies and quality standards.
• Facilities & Operations: Maintain clinic appearance and property needs.
• Budget Ownership: Oversee clinic budget and operational efficiency.
• Professional Credentialing: Obtain (or pursue) RBT certification as part of leadership.
• Reporting: Collaborate with Clinic Director and report to the COO.
