Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily clinical operations at our Wichita clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and BTs/RBTs, maintain your own BCBA caseload, and ensure a positive, data-driven therapeutic environment.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and requires on-site presence from 8 am to 5 pm, with a focus on leadership, supervision, and program quality across services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Current LBA license in Kansas is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience preferred.
• On-site availability 8 am–5 pm (hours may vary by site).
• CPR/FA certification and SafetyCare certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for all clinic BCBAs and BTs/RBTs.
• Lead clinical review meetings and guide data-based decision-making for client programming.
• Perform routine quality assurance on service provision and utilization of hours.
• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 billable hours/week for programming and supervision.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support scheduling, maintenance, and operations.
• Attend regular progress report meetings with Clinical Director.
