Responsibilities include maintaining EHRs, coordinating with providers, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting staffing and daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare operations experience.
• 1+ years’ healthcare environment experience.
• Understanding of medical terminology and insurance billing for ABA services.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake and scheduling, including outreach and eligibility verification.
• Maintain and audit patient EHRs, consents, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for patient calls, schedule changes, and benefits inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to support patient services.
• Assist with clinic operations, forms, and front desk procedures.
