Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to provide direct ABA therapy as an RBT, support coverage, and assist in day-to-day center operations. You will work under the Center Manager and Administrative Director, collect data, train families, open/close the center, manage scheduling, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High-level problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for 60% of weekly hours and cover therapy as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA and collect data on progress.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans and report progress.
• Assume day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Open and close the location and maintain room scheduling.
• Oversee pickup and drop-off at the center.
• Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running.
• Ensure safety in the center.
