Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to lead direct ABA therapy as an RBT and assist in center operations. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy for around 60% of weekly hours and help ensure smooth day-to-day center functioning.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and ABA knowledge.
• Experience building relationships with families and clients.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly hours.
• Support RBT coverage and administrative duties 40% of weekly hours.
• Open/close center and manage room scheduling.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Ensure safety and maintain center cleanliness.
