Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to lead daily operations and provide direct ABA therapy as an RBT under supervision. The role includes ensuring quality care, coordinating RBT coverage, data collection, and staff training while maintaining a safe, organized center environment.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly hours and cover as needed for therapy.
• Support Center Manager/Administrative Director in admin duties up to 40% of weekly hours.
• Carry out routine housekeeping to ensure smooth center operations.
• Ensure safety in the center.
