Job summary

Hire Care Services in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role involves supporting children in communication, social, and daily living skills, with data collection and progress reporting.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, 15–25+ hours weekly, reasonable supervision, and growth opportunities. Compensation ranges from $23 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification – or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
