Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home services in the Fredericksburg area. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, follow a BCBA-designed treatment plan, and build schedules around clients’ real weeks.

You will receive ongoing supervision, data collection duties, and opportunities for professional growth, including supervision toward your BCBA and a tuition partnership, with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following a treatment plan written by your BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Receive supportive supervision and real-time feedback.
