Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to support our growth. Under the Center Manager and Administrative Director, you will provide administrative assistance, quality assurance, RBT coverage, and day-to-day center operations.

You will supervise one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans by BCBA/LBA, collect data, train families, manage scheduling, open/close the location, oversee pickups/drop-offs, and ensure safety and clean facilities while delivering

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High-level problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families.
• Support the Center Manager in administrative duties.
• Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Open and close the location.
• Help to maintain room scheduling.
• Oversee pickup and drop-off at center.
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center.
• Ensure safety in the center.
