Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor in Powell, TN to lead day-to-day center operations while delivering direct ABA therapy as an RBT under supervision.

You will manage scheduling, safety, and parental communication, support the Center Manager, and ensure quality assurance across the center.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BACB RBT certification.
• Knowledge of ABA methodology and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly hours as an RBT.
• Provide coverage for RBT support as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data and report progress on treatment plans.
• Assist in training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Support administrative duties and center operations up to 40% of weekly hours.
• Ensure safety and oversee daily center operations, scheduling, and pickup/drop-off.
• Conduct routine housekeeping to keep the center running smoothly.

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission at Proud Moments. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assist in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, administrative assistance, quality assurance, and assist in the day-to-day needs of our center.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy 60% of weekly scheduled hours
  • Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
• Support the Center Manager/Administrative Director in administrative duties no more than 40% of weekly scheduled hours
  • Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence
  • Opening and closing the location
  • Help to maintain room scheduling
  • Oversee Pickup and Drop off at center
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
• Ensure safety in the center
