Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission. Under the Center Manager and Administrative Director, you will provide administrative assistance, QA, RBT coverage, and help run the day-to-day center operations.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $24–$26, full-time hours, and a schedule from 12pm to 7pm ET, five days a week. Ideal candidates hold a BACB RBT certification, solid ABA knowledge, and strong client-service and

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Assist BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs of clients and families.
• Assist Center Manager with administrative duties.
• Own day-to-day center operations in the Manager's absence.
• Open and close the location.
• Maintain room scheduling.
• Oversee pickup and drop-off at center.
• Perform routine housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission at Proud Moments. Under the direct supervision of the Center Manager and overall direction of the Administrative Director, the Center Supervisor will provide administrative assistance, quality assurance, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coverage, and assist in owning the day-to-day needs of our center.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services families in 10 + states and continues to grow. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Compensation Rate Range $24-26 per hour

Schedule: 12pm-7pm ET (Monday - Friday five days a week)
