Job summary

Mindcolor Autism seeks a compassionate Center Director to lead our Appleton, WI center. You will oversee daily operations, hire staff, and provide strategic leadership to a team of clinicians and operations personnel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with 5+ years preferred.
• Active state license in good standing.
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling and hiring, while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and Operations staff.
• Ensure ABA therapy delivery meets highest standards and is aligned with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and schools to support client progress and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state and Mindcolor standards and drive center growth.
