Job summary

Regional Behavioral Consultants, Inc. (RBC, Inc.) provides ABA and behavioral health services for children and adolescents in center-based and community settings.

The BCA – Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)/Clinical Assistant role blends direct client care, center programming, and clinical operations, with duties across programming, materials preparation, and staff support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with children, and familiarity with ABA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience working with children required.
• ABA experience preferred.
• BHT and/or RBT experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles, reinforcement, environmental supports, and session programming preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
• Comfortable providing direct client services when needed.
• Ability to effectively multitask in an active clinical environment.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

Responsibilities

• Center Clinical Operations: ensure the center is clinically prepared, organized, engaging, and ready to support high-quality ABA services.
• Develop and finalize weekly center programming and activity plans with materials and activities.
• Prepare circle time, art activities, reinforcement materials, visual supports, and other programming.
• Maintain organization and clinical readiness of treatment areas.
• Prepare treatment spaces and materials for upcoming clients and events.
• Monitor clinical materials and communicate supply or resource needs.
• Assist with center bulletin boards, client artwork, and staff communication areas.
• Complete CCP and programming updates under Clinical Leadership.
• Provide direct BHT services and client coverage as needed.
• Support staff with center routines and treatment procedures.
• Model center routines and help staff locate materials.
• Enter, review, and support data processes within Kidnet.
• No modifications to treatment plans or clinical decisions; support from Clinical Leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field
