Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Experience supervising Behavioral Technicians and RBTs preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote or hybrid clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote or hybrid supervision to clinicians and staff.
• Mentor and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care.
• Support families and clients in overcoming ABA-related challenges.
