Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles on a part‑time basis with potential to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. The roles involve 1:1 ABA work, data tracking, family communication and ongoing supervision by a BCBA.

Training to become an RBT is provided, with local travel as needed. We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, a clear growth pathway to RBT, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
