Behavioral Health Works is expanding its ABA therapy team in California, delivering personalized ABA services for children and adolescents with ASD. The Case Supervisor coordinates therapy delivery, supervises staff, and collaborates with parents to implement tailored plans under clinical direction.

The role involves field visits, data analysis, program adjustments, and parent training, with flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Pursuing BCBA certification with progress toward BACB eligibility.
• Two years of ABA or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee therapy delivery and supervise assigned cases.
• Review data, monitor client progress, and modify programs as directed by clinical manager.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and education.
• Conduct field visits and supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
