Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery for children with ASD. The role involves field visits, supervision, data review, and program modifications under clinical direction.

You will train and support parents, supervise technicians, and ensure ethical compliance. The position offers part-time starts with potential for full-time benefits and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Active pursuit of BCBA certification with progress toward eligibility.
• Two years of ABA or related field experience.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background clearance and health screenings.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise therapy delivery and intervene as needed.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or telehealth) to ensure fidelity.
• Review data, adjust goals and teaching strategies based on progress.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and supervise junior staff.
