Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Culver City, CA is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will supervise RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans under the Clinical Director while training parents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing BCBA certification and progress toward BACB eligibility requirements.
• Two years of experience in ABA or a related field; experience designing/implementing behavior modification is a plus.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
• Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster; onboarding costs are covered.
• Must have reliable transportation, including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor service quality.
• Analyze data to determine intervention effectiveness and modify goals accordingly.
• Provide parent/caregiver training to ensure consistency across environments.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and applicable regulations.
