Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision. Under a BCBA clinician, you will implement individualized treatment plans, work one-on-one, and participate in a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.
• Assist in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
