Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental delays. You will implement behavior plans and document progress, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or minimum one year experience with children in related roles

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
