Job summary

Maxim Healthcare seeks a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and related developmental differences. You’ll work one-on-one in clients’ homes and community settings, under guidance from board-certified BCBA supervisors.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, recording data, and helping clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills. Prior experience is welcome, with required RBT or BCAT credentials and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have RBT License or BCAT.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field OR at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor or similar child-focused role.

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.

  What You’ll Do

  Qualifications

  Required:
