Job summary

Ro Health in Davis, CA is hiring for BCA and Paraeducators to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting for the 2026-2027 year. The role focuses on applying ABA strategies 1:1 or in small groups, helping students stay engaged and reach behavioral goals.

You may work as 1:1 in classrooms or provide general classroom support, collaborating with teachers and staff. Applicants should have experience in professional childcare or ABA, be instructionally eligible, and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible.
• Experience in professional childcare and/or ABA.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
