Job summary

Ro Health is recruiting Behavioral Class Aides to support Western Placer Unified School District in Lincoln for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral and educational support under guidance of teachers and specialists.

Ideal candidates have experience in behavioral health or school settings, with strong communication and calm problem-solving skills, and a commitment to the full 2026–2027 year. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a previous or current experience in childcare within the last 5 years, and provide at least 1 supervisory reference from said experience
• Experience in the school setting
• Associates Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and social-emotional needs
• Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Promote a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment
• Support teachers with classroom management and daily activities
• Track and document student progress and behavior as directed
• Collaborate with school staff and Ro Health consultants to ensure consistency of care
