Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a Paraeducator in Mountain View, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides either 1:1 or classroom-based behavioral support using ABA techniques, with students from pre-K to high school.

Ideal candidates have childcare or ABA background and are comfortable working with a team and multiple classrooms. Work is in-person, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–3:00PM, with pay ranging from $21 to $32 per hour and benefits including PTO, health coverage, and a 40-hour RBT training

Qualifications

• At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
