Qualifications

• Active Paraprofessional certification is required.
• Associates degree or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children in schools.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP and BIP using ABA strategies with 90% fidelity per BCBA checks.
• Assist teachers and collaborate with educational and behavioral teams on routines.
• Accurately collect and report data.
• Utilize CPI de-escalation strategies and physical management when necessary for safety.
