Job summary

RCM Health Care Services seeks a Behavior Interventionist to support K–12 students in Montebello, CA. This full-time, school-based role provides behavioral, emotional, and developmental support within multidisciplinary teams.

You will implement BIPs under supervision, use ABA-based strategies, collect data, and help students access learning environments. Onsite schedule runs Monday–Friday during the school year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document observations and data accurately
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and families
• Background clearance may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision
• Use ABA strategies to support classroom engagement
• Document data and communicate progress to teams
• Assist with routines, transitions, and ADLs as needed
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to maintain consistency
