Action Behavior Centers is seeking a School Readiness Behavior Therapist for the ABC Academy program in Cedar Park, TX. You will work with children ages 5–12, providing play-based ABA therapy and following individualized treatment plans to build communication, social, and living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children is preferred.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and move frequently during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and maintain a safe, organized therapy space.
• Be active during sessions and engage children through play and movement.
• Communicate progress and contribute to a positive, mission-driven environment.
