Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based and home-based settings. No ABA experience required; paid training and RBT certification are provided.

Full-time roles with hours 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Compensation ranges: $22.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours (up to $25.00 for Lead RBT+ tenure).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
