Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Roles include center-based and home-based sessions, with structured supervision from on-site BCBA and ongoing mentorship.

Training is provided, and no prior ABA experience is required. Compensation includes billable RBT pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, plus $14.00 per hour for BT training before RBT certification, and $14.00 per hour for non-billable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
