Job summary

BlueSprig in Lexington, KY is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with hours varying by client needs and optional Saturdays.

No direct ABA experience is required; paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed from day one. An active RBT at hire qualifies for a $200 bonus on the first paycheck.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
