BlueSprig Pediatrics is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism. Role includes center-based and in-home sessions, data collection, and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Florida driver license required for Florida locations.
• Florida Medicaid fingerprinting required for Florida locations.
• No ABA experience required; paid training and RBT certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
