Behavior One Autism Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based care to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on implementing behavior plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a treatment team in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check.
• Consistent and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs.
• Apply behavioral techniques with prevention emphasis.
• Monitor and record client progress according to treatment goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of treatment records.
• Attend treatment/behavior management team meetings.
