United Care ABA in New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to translate caregiving skills into ABA therapy for children. This role offers flexible after-school and evening hours, hands-on training, and mentorship to help you prepare for RBT certification.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans, record session data accurately, and support families as children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first few months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy under supervision.
