Job summary

Early Autism Services in Frederick, MD is hiring for full-time ABA therapists to provide in-home therapy to children with autism, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• This position requires a car and willingness to travel 30-45 minutes to see clients.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is required.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the child in skill areas such as conversation, motor skills, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
• Incorporate the child’s family into therapy sessions.
• Collect data and make data-based decisions.
• Learn strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a team of therapists.
• Travel to the home of each client on the therapist's caseload.
