Snowflakes ABA Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism across Maryland. You will implement behavior plans, work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, and collect data to monitor progress.

Travel to client homes is required (75%). Pay ranges from $25 to $33 per hour with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required.
• Be caring, coachable, and clinically knowledgeable.
• Car and driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work in client homes, schools, and clinics.
• Ability to engage in physical activities with clients.

Aufgaben

• Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Direct one‑on‑one client interaction in home settings.
• Accurately record progress and behaviors on company tablets.
• Help clients acquire communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain updates with the supervising BCBA and team.
• Participate in ongoing training and HIPAA compliance.
