Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Springdale, AR to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will complete a 40-hour training and learn to teach new skills and behavior modification.

We offer paid training, clinical mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship and relocation assistance, plus a path to full-time roles with benefits. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–2pm with potential for more hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with HS Diploma or GED
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors
• Minimum 1 year working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; training provided if not completed

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervising clinician
• Ensures billing/documentation supports services
• Updates availability in EMR and communicates changes
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism
• Performs other related duties as required
