Job summary

Woven Care is seeking a compassionate RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions for children with autism and related challenges in a clinic setting. You will receive full training, supervision, and support as you grow toward BCBA-level responsibilities.

The role offers paid training, tuition assistance up to $9,000, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match after one year. 30 guaranteed hours per week once certified, with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training; exam costs covered by us.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation; Monday–Friday availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children.
• Maintain continuous supervision of your client during sessions.
• Respond immediately to high-risk client behaviors.
• Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques.
• Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP).
• Track session data and report progress to families.
