Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy through play to build communication, confidence and independence. No prior experience required; paid training provided, with a $750 sign-on bonus for active RBTs.

The role offers an hourly rate starting at $17+ with benefits for both full-time and part-time staff, including paid training, PTO, sick leave, and growth opportunities. You must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children and use play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
• Track progress and follow individualized treatment plans with a supportive team.
• Collaborate with a caring team to ensure safety and ongoing support during sessions.
