Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision. You will collect progress data, assist in treatment planning, and provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, helping develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, but training will be provided. This in-person role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
