Job summary

Beyou Behavior Therapy in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) Trainee to work with children under BCBA supervision, progressing toward RBT certification through Beyou's paid training and certification reimbursement.

This in-person role serves clients in client homes, schools, and community settings across the Sacramento service area, with compensation starting at $16.90/hour during training and increasing to $27–$30/hour after certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy under supervision.
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.

• Record session data accurately and timely.
• Follow treatment protocols and supervision guidance.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team.
