Job summary

Beyou Behavior Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) Trainee to support children with ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the Sacramento area, delivering play-based interventions. Trainees begin at a trainee rate and transition to the RBT rate after certification.

We provide paid training, RBT exam reimbursement, and opportunities for growth in behavioral health and education, with in-person client work across homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children via babysitting/tutoring/coaching or similar is preferred.
• Willing to obtain CPR certification and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support development of communication, social, and self-help skills.
• Collect and accurately record session data.
• Follow supervision and treatment protocols.
