Job summary

Beyou Behavior Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) Trainee for in-person, part-time work serving clients in Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch, CA. The role starts as a trainee with paid training and prepares you for RBT certification.

You will provide play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, develop essential skills, and advance toward RBT-rate compensation once certified. Training and reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with children through babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the Sacramento service area.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• TB testing, physical exam, and vaccination documentation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support development of communication, social, self-help, and other skills.
• Record session data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow treatment protocols and supervision from the BCBA.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Communicate progress to the supervising clinical team.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Beyou policies.
