Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health in Matthews, North Carolina, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, competitive pay of $16.50-$24.00/hour, a $500 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid training. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment, implement behavior plans, and have access to real-time supervision from a BCBA. RBT certification is required or willing to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education).
• Ability to create a positive and interactive environment for children.
• Willingness to undergo paid training for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
