Job summary

Reaching Beyond Limits in Mountain Top, PA, seeks caring professionals to provide direct 1:1 ABA services to a VIP in home and community settings. You will build meaningful connections, implement BCBA-approved plans, and help the individual grow skills and independence.

Join a small team that values collaboration, ongoing training, and client-centered care. This role requires evenings and weekends, reliable transportation, and a commitment to documenting progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavior support to adults in home, community, and/or day program settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans approved by a BCBA.
• Collaboration with other community-based team members, including the assigned BSC.
• Study all relevant records regarding the VIP you are assigned.
• Teach functional skills such as communication, daily living, vocational readiness, and coping strategies.
• Collect clear, accurate data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Support adults in achieving meaningful goals-whether navigating the community, building relationships, or increasing self-advocacy.
• Use ABA strategies, engage in supervision and training, and collaborate with the team.
