Job summary

AngelCare ABA Therapy seeks motivated Behavior Health Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home or in-school. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA/BCaBA and track progress with families and team members. Travel locally to client sites is required.

Ideal candidates hold a current RBT/BCaBA certification or 40-hour RBT training, plus a HS diploma or higher. Flexible shifts, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification in RBT/BCaBA or 40-hour RBT training required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher) or 2 years ABA delivery experience.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally.
• Experience delivering BHT services or completed required training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
