Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you will help teach new skills and modify behaviors, working 1:1 with a child in a structured program.

The role requires an 18+ year old with a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience, reliable transportation, and completion or willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training. Schedule includes part-time hours in Charleston, AR, with potential future hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with HS diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training or willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plans and document services accurately.
• Maintain timely billing and EMR availability.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regularly.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery.
