Powerback Rehabilitation in Springdale is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. The role includes a 40-hour paid training program and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training; Powerback may provide training if not completed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
