Job summary

Powerback is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in Charleston, AR. You will receive a 40-hour paid training program and work under a BCBA supervision to implement ABA techniques and help children learn new skills.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, accurate billing documentation, and coordinating with the Client Advocate. Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience; training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with maladaptive behaviors is highly preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required; 40-hour RBT training preferred or provided by Powerback.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in ABA therapy under supervising clinician.
