BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We offer part-time positions with paid training, in-home or community-based ABA services, and a supportive clinical team focused on helping children with Autism reach their goals.

You will provide one-on-one ABA sessions, record session data, and collaborate with families. Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), willingness to learn, and RBT certification before starting.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
